Who we are
This website is operated by Groupe Tubo International Inc., headquartered in Edmundston, New Brunswick, Canada. We handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, your preferred language and your message.
The calculator runs entirely in your browser: the amounts you enter are not sent to us.
How we use it
This information is used only to answer your request and assist you. It is never sold, rented or used for marketing without your consent.
Consent
By ticking the consent box on the form, you agree that Groupe Tubo may contact you about your request. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.
Retention and security
The website does not store messages in a database: your request is sent to us by email. We keep these exchanges for as long as needed to handle your request and meet our legal obligations, then delete them securely.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information against loss, theft and unauthorized access.
Service providers
To run this website, send emails and protect the form against bots, we rely on service providers. Some may process information outside Canada, in which case it is subject to the laws of that country. We require them to provide a level of protection comparable to ours.
Cookies
This website uses a cookie to remember your preferred language. The form's bot-protection service may also use technical cookies required for it to work. We do not use any advertising cookies.
Your rights
You may ask to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or to have it deleted, subject to our legal obligations.
